Terms of Use

Last updated: January 21, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hebrews134 website and your participation in our application and introduction process. Hebrews134 may also be referenced in certain materials as “Hebrews 134 Ministry.” By using our website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are provided to establish clear expectations and reduce misunderstandings. Please consult counsel to tailor this document to your specific legal entity and jurisdiction.

1) Who we are

The service is operated by Hebrews 134 (unincorporated ministry) (doing business as Hebrews134). For questions, email info@hebrews134.com.

Mailing Address: 514 America's Way #23921, Box Elder, SD 57719

2) Eligibility

  • Adults only: You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • United States: The Ministry currently operates only in the United States.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful, complete, and accurate information and to update it if it changes.
  • Discretion: The Ministry reserves the right to determine eligibility and participation in its sole discretion, consistent with its stated mission and values.

3) What we do (and what we do not do)

  • We facilitate introductions between individuals who have applied and may be aligned in faith, values, and readiness for biblical marriage.
  • We are not a dating app: there is no swiping, browsing, public profile directory, or user-driven matchmaking.
  • No guarantee: We do not guarantee acceptance into the process, an introduction, compatibility, chemistry, engagement, or marriage.
  • Not counseling/therapy: We are not a medical, mental health, or counseling service and do not provide professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.

4) Application steps and communications

Our process may include an initial application, a detailed written questionnaire, reference requests, and an interview. If you proceed, you may be asked to provide a short video response to a question, which is used as part of the discernment process. We may contact you by email, phone, or other contact methods you provide for administrative purposes related to the process.

5) Fees, payment processing, and refunds

If you are approved to proceed beyond the initial stage, you may be required to pay an application and processing fee. Payments are processed through Stripe.

All fees are non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy.

6) Conduct standards

You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, stalk, or harm another person;
  • misrepresent your identity, relationship status, background, or intentions;
  • submit false, misleading, or incomplete information;
  • use the process to solicit money, business, or unrelated services;
  • attempt to access non-public information or systems; or
  • use the website or process in a way that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that continued participation could compromise the integrity or safety of the Ministry or others.

7) Information sharing for introductions

If you are considered for an introduction, you authorize us to share limited information to facilitate that introduction. As a general practice, we do not share your sensitive personal information (including health and sexual history) or your video with another applicant without your explicit permission.

You are responsible for your own decisions and interactions following an introduction, including taking appropriate personal safety precautions.

8) Intellectual property

The website content, branding, and materials are owned by the Ministry or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute our materials without written permission, except as allowed by law.

9) Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND MINISTRY PROCESS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE MINISTRY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCESS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE MINISTRY IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Ministry from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your breach of these Terms, your submitted information, or your interactions with others.

12) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or participation in the process after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
