• Sensitive personal information: information you submit about health, substance use, sexual history, and detailed religious views, and any other sensitive details you choose to provide.
• Content you submit: free-form written responses, explanations, essays, and potentially a short video you provide as part of the process.
• References: contact details and statements from references (e.g., pastoral and personal references) if you proceed to later steps.

Information collected automatically

• Basic device/usage data: general log information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed may be collected by our hosting provider or third parties when you access the website.
• Cookies: our website does not intentionally deploy advertising or analytics cookies at this time; however, third-party services you click to (such as Google Forms) may use cookies subject to their own policies.

Payment information

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Stripe may process and store payment and fraud-prevention information subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.

• Operate the ministry process: review applications, determine eligibility, conduct interviews, and manage the introduction workflow.
• Discernment and safety: prayerful discernment, administrative screening, and verifying information where appropriate (including reference outreach if you proceed).
• Communications: send process updates, scheduling, and administrative messages; respond to inquiries.
• Payment and accounting: process the application and processing fee, handle receipts, bookkeeping, and dispute management.
• Compliance and protection: enforce our policies; prevent fraud; protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the ministry.

4) Sensitive information: your consent and our handling

Because the application may include sensitive personal information (including health and sexual history) and deeply personal religious views, we treat this information with heightened care. By submitting an application or otherwise providing sensitive information, you consent to our collection, use, and processing of that information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not use sensitive personal information for advertising or marketing profiles. We use it only for eligibility review, process integrity, and discernment within the ministry’s stated purpose.
