Non-refundable fees
The application and processing fee (currently $75) is non-refundable. This fee supports administrative processing, review of written materials, interviews and reference checks (where applicable), and the time involved in prayerful discernment.
Payment of the fee covers the process and does not guarantee acceptance, an introduction, compatibility, chemistry, or marriage.
Payment processor
Payments are processed through Stripe. If you have questions about a charge, please contact us first at info@hebrews134.com.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide Stripe and/or your card issuer with relevant records related to your payment and participation in the process. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation while a dispute is pending.
